Salesforce Developer
Responsible for developing triggers, flows and writing apex code for designing, configuring, and implementing case management solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud. Integrate a CCAS with Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing manual data entry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Design and implement an end-to-end email-to-case management and knowledge solutions for streamlining the process of case creation and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs. Configure email templates and auto-response rules to improve customer communication and increase case resolution efficiency. Build reports for business team to support analytics and adoption. Utilize SOQL to generate data for business. Deploy code using Changeset and Copado tools. Perform business analysis for marketing cloud implementation.
REQUIRES: Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. (Will accept Bachelor’s and 5 years of work experience as Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Business (Biz) Analyst or any suitable combination of experience/education/training.)
