Patient Access Business Analyst
IT Firm seeks Patient Access Business Analyst. Responsibilities include collecting and defining business and system requirements for patient access, including registration, scheduling, and related workflow by building resources, Subgroups, Form Questions, Pools, Visit Types, Appointment Request WQs, Referral WQs, Snapboards, Rules, Decision Trees for various specialties; Update Category Lists, Provider Lists, Tags, Subgroups and integrated them into the Decision Tree builds;
Analyzing existing patient access processes to identify areas for improvement and standardization and designing and implementing new processes and digital solutions; Work on RTE implementation; Create Workflows and Scripts for Integrated Testing for EPIC Cadence; Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve EPIC Cadence security issues. Master’s Degree in CIS, Information Technology Management, MIS required.
40 hrs/week M-F.
Wages: $108,638/year.
