Requirement gathering, systems analysis, documentation, workflow preparation, process re-engineering, process mapping, scheduling, capacity planning, statistical and data analysis, quality assurance and troubleshooting data integrity issues related to Epic EMR. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to Practice Managers and providers in assessing health IT software projects, assist in troubleshooting software application issues and provide technical production support for software for electronic medical records. Epic patient access software build, specifically with Epic ADT, Cadence, Prelude and MyChart modules. Write complex SQL queries, Views and Stored Procedures for the reports and integrate them with Crystal Reports. Responsible for testing, maintaining and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating installation of EMR software and multiple systems. Provide support to physicians and nurses in clinical departments to facilitate the introduction, acceptance and integration with Epic applications.
REQUIRES: Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology + minimum 2 years experience as Healthcare Informatics Developer, Programmer Analyst and/or Application Analyst or related.
