Clinical Informatics Healthcare Analyst
Location: Hamilton, NJ & other unanticipated client locations throughout US
Implement large-scale EMR/EHR projects specializing in Epic Patient Access and Engagement. Build, test, optimize and maintain Welcome, Referrals, Cadence, Prelude, Ambulatory and MyChart portals. Build Decision Trees to develop lean workflows to improve patient access, scheduling speed, and appointment accuracy. Create visit types, panels, labels, letters, notifications, in basket messages, batch jobs, work queues (patient, appointment request and referral), order questions, reports, and dashboards. Analyze and perform appointment imports. Analyze current scheduling, registration, check‐in, and ambulatory workflows and build future workflows. Integrate EPIC with other third-party products. Identify trends to improve end user training and train end users to use the newly created workflows. Resolve tickets generated by end users. Train newly certified analysts.
REQUIRES: Master’s in Information Technology, Analytics, Healthcare Informatics or Healthcare Administration + minimum 1 year experience as Clinical Informatics Healthcare Analyst, Clinical Informatics Healthcare Developer, Healthcare Informatics Analyst or related.
